Testa's Famous Key Lime Pie
1 - 14oz condensed milk
4 egg yolks
4-5 oz Florida Key Lime juice
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Combine milk and egg yolks at low speed
in blender
Pour into 9" graham cracker pie shell
and refrigerate overnight
-OR- it can be baked at 250 degrees for
12-15 minutes
Top with fresh whipped cream and
shredded key lime rhine
Serves six - eight
