Banquet Rooms: Garden Room offers an intimate
garden ambiance with an impressive retractable roof. Comfortably seats
up to 100 people. Via Testa
offers outdoor dining that takes you back to an old Italian Villa. With
a private fountain it seats up to 50 people. Tent Room
overlooks into Garden Room and is a perfect choice for business
meetings or breakfast, it can also be used in conjunction with the
Garden Room as a cocktail receiving room.

Directions: I-95 to exit Okeechobee. Travel EAST
all the
way over the intra coastal waterway (road automatically becomes Royal
Palm Way). Once over the bridge, navel to County Road (2nd light) and
take a left (north). Once past the Breakers Hotel me next light will be
Royal Poinciana Way and make a left (west). Testa's is shortly on the
right. We're a large brown building and offer complimentary valet
parking between Testa's Restaurant and Testa's Pantry & Gas

GENERAL INFORMATION
Banquet Policies
A deposit of $ 250.00 is required to book your reservation which will
be deducted from your total bill. This fee is refundable if you cancel
within 60 days or more prior to your function.
There is a room charge of $150. This covers
our setup, linens
ect..
A 20% gratuity will be added to your total bill for breakfasts,
luncheon and
evening banquets.
At Testa's, we are happy to offer printed and personalized menus for
your group at a charge of $30.00. We will exclude prices and
personalize them with your
special greeting.
We are happy to accommodate open bars, cash bars or limited selections
and charge on a "per-drink" basis. Wine and beer may be pre-selected.
We accept all major credit cards, cash and company checks. Sorry, we do
not accept personal checks.
A guaranteed attendance is required FOUR days prior to
your function
and cannot be reduced afterwards. However, we will give a 5% variance
to your
guaranteed count before we charge you for any reduced attendances
should this figure change after the four day commitment.
You will be asked to sign a confirmation sheet agreeing to these terms
and those stated in your banquet contract.
You may be required to sign a waiver if you should be
bringing any foods into our premises with the permission or of banquet
manager.
